• Allows you to track your favorite artists, performers, and comedians
• Sends SMS notifications when tracked artists announce events near you
• Provides ticket price comparisons and purchase links from various vendors
• Offers a web dashboard to manage your preferences

3. SMS Service Terms

Opt-In Consent

By texting "JOIN," "START," "HI," or similar keywords to our service number, or by providing your phone number on our website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ShowPulse related to event alerts and service updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your tracked artists and event availability. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply. ShowPulse is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to our service number. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including a valid phone number you own or control
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Be at least 13 years of age to use the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That you will receive alerts for all events by tracked artists
• Ticket availability or the ability to purchase tickets

The ShowPulse name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by ShowPulse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by texting STOP or deleting your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
